My name is Nikalas, but most people call me Niki. I love both names.
I’m an explorer on a spiritual journey. I put that first because it colors everything else about me. No matter where I am physically, spiritually, mentally, or emotionally, I am loved by God and saved by His grace. I’m learning to step into the freedom that is mine and I’m welcoming others to join me on my journey.
Born in California, grown in Wisconsin, went to college in Nebraska (and married my college sweetheart there), moved to Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, and back to Colorado. I’m still here. Along the way we had three children, 3 youth groups, a few gold-fish, and more friends that I can count. Now I’m a homeschooling supermom, freelance writer, mentor, and run a non-profit organization/ministry called SEVENS. I’m passionate about reading, flowers, art, organizing, going to the movies, playing Bananagrams, and drinking Chai, but as a friend once told me, I am so much more than all of these things.
